My 86 year old mother was having problems with sciatica. Walking was becoming very painful. After receiving a doctor's diagnosis, physiotherapy was recommended. We saw Michael, who assessed her and explained the details of her condition. He designed a series of gentle exercises to be done lying on the floor, as her balance was poor. Michael photographed her doing the exercises, and gave her the photographs so she could remember. After less than a week of faithfully doing the exercises, my mother's pain was gone. She has continued with the exercises and the sciatica has not returned.

There is no one like Mike Christy. A car accident left me with extreme tension, pain, and frustration in my body. I was so tense that i thought i might end up in a wheelchair or that i would need back surgery. I have worked with over 10 health professionals; doctors, physiotherapists, personal trainers, chiropractors, massage therapists, etc but nothing was helping me get better. Mike is deeply intuitive and understands what the body is asking for on a deeper level than i even knew existed. He truly has a gift and i am feeling much better because I've followed his holistic approach.

Life changing. Mike's approach to personal training far transcends anything I have ever experienced, and is more appropriately titled "personal transformation." His tool-kit is stacked with knowledge and experience that has led to a dramatic improvement in the relationship I have to my own body, and how good it really can feel once I started to treat it as a single, continuous, and integrated machine. Working with Mike is a major game-changer. His passion and expertise really is unparalleled in this industry. If you're ready to make some major shifts in your health, but also happiness, and sense of ease, comfort, strength and mobility in your body, mind, heart, spirit... he is without a doubt the first person you should be talking to.

After meeting with Michael about my knee he put together a routine of daily exercises for me to do at home. I was suffering from a baker's cyst, after about 3 weeks of working on the routine of exercises I regained my mobility and flexibility back in my knee. Thank you Michael

Mike Christy does fantastic work. Dedicated to his clients' health and success, Mike focuses on your core gravity line alignment issues and provides exercises and solutions for your healing. Working with Mike has improved my ability to manage chronic pain issues. As well, I am a professional singer and using Mike's exercises has helped me improve my lung capacity and strengthen my singing abilites.
