Crystal is definitely the best massage therapist I've been to. Her super friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and professionalism are readily apparent. Combined with the relaxing environment and her experienced tequnique, she is a fantastic choice. - John Manson, North Bay.

I went to Crystal for the first time about 5 years ago, and again today. She was immensely relaxing, very welcoming, and I found her conversation very positive and inspiring which increased my level of comfort throughout the massage. I will definitely be going back soon!

I sent my husband to get a massage for his birthday and sadly I was not happy with the customer service he received. He's not from North Bay and not very familiar with the area. So when he was having a hard time finding where to go he called her and explained but she wasn't very polite. So he arrived 5 minutes late. He said the massage was good but only lasted 40min. When it came time to pay she still charged him for a 60min massage and then explained " ... well as stated in my cancellation policy... if you are late I still charge you for the allotted time" Don't get me wrong. I completely agree its annoying when people show up late, it pushes all the other appointments back. But for being a first time customers, she could have charged him for 40 min and then simply explained that next time if we come late we will still be charged the initial amount of time we had booked for. As my husband was getting the massage he was pleased and was wanting to go back, but decided we will not be recurring customers. Business owners in North Bay should be a little more polite to their customers, its a small town. I've worked 7+ years in retail and understand that going out of your way (even just a little) to make customers happy is worth it in the long run. With that being said, I would recommend people going else where. I'm sure there are other massage therapist in North Bay with better customer service.

I see Crystal occasionally and I absolutely love going to her. She is so sweet and I love her office because its so relaxing. I strongly recommend going to see her especially if you aren't into deep tissue massage, which I personally do not enjoy!
