The seats are comfortable and the theater is clean. Unfortunately, the popcorn is like most Theatres nowadays, which is overpriced and Bland. Why is it that Ace Hardware makes better popcorn than movie theaters? Don't movie theater owners understand that popcorn is only good for about 2 or 3 minutes after it gets done popping? If you make a metric ton of it an hour before Showtime, why would I want to pay $14 for a tub of it? And then you don't even give me butter you give me some kind of oil that is flavored like butter? For $14 worth of popcorn I would think I should be able to get a whole stick of real butter if I want one.

I am used to more upscale theaters around the country with full in theater dining, full bars, large selections. This isn't that kind of theater by a long shot, but it's the best San Luis Obispo County has to offer. At least it has some modern tech. I will be coming back.

The screens are streaked with dust. Someone needs to clean them correctly. Everything on the walls inside the screening rooms are dusty and nasty. Lots of light bulbs out. The seats are getting pretty worn too. This place has good service but some maintenance really needs to be done. It's losing its appeal quickly and it's starting to feel run down.

Great theater. Love the seats. Very responsive. I like being able to pick your seats when you buy your ticket, though it is rarely crowded enough to where it matters but you don't know that until you get there. Don't be late to the last showing though! They lock the doors 15 minutes after the movie starts. Trust me, I learned the hard way.

One of the best theaters in SLO county. Best picture, best sound, vip seating for adults including food, beer & wine. My favorite theater.
