What a terrible experience! Would never recommend them to anyone. They started out by coming out and picking up my truck, they were very quick to get my money and charge my credit card. However, when my mechanic found damage that had been caused by the tow (completely unrelated for the reason for the tow) no one would even talk to me. I have now phoned 5 times and filled out 2 damage forms on their website and I have yet to receive a phone call, email or anything else in response. Absolutely awful, if I could give them less than 1 star I would.

I called City Wide Towing to recover my Daughters car from 30-40 feet into a ditch in the Standard area. They were very fast in responding, about 2/hours, when I met the driver, Bruce, it was really cold and dark. I had offered to drive ahead to warn motorist there was a recovery going on hwy 840 and to slow down. When the recovery was complete and the car was home, he told me he had called dispatch and told them I had spotted him and could he give me a cheaper rate. They agreed, the going flat rate was going to be 3 hrs, he charged me 1. All I did was warn drivers there was a recovery in progress and to slow down. That went a long way and Bruce really appreachated it. These people work hard sometimes in the worst conditions and theyre job is a dangerous one. All we have to do is be courteous slow down and let them work safely so they can go home to theyre families. Thankyou Bruce and City Wide helping me out in many more ways than one, you're awesome.
