This company towed my legally parked car at the request of the city. You read that right, legally parked and paid parking. I presented them photographic evidence and kindly asked for an apology via email. The response I received did not contain a simple apology, but instead blamed the city. “We have a contract with the city”. I feel like if this company took .5 seconds to read the big green sign I would not have had to walk a couple miles to their yard, spend over 200 dollars to get my car back and been treated so poorly by some scandalous company with a record of shady behavior. It is my recommendation to anyone towed, for any reason by Sergeants to report it and fight it, regardless of if the tow was legal or not. This should help the company get rid of that city contract that is obviously holding them down. I would love to see Sergeants be able to really spread their wings and not be bogged down with things like reading comprehension.

I especially love Sergeants Automotive section. The mechanics here have kept my cars on the road for years! They are honest and their costs are moderate. They do guarantee the work. The other reason I love them is the night staff, as a towing company, there is always someone on duty. These hardworking people are there 24/7 , so I am able to schedule maintenance work ahead of time and drop my car off the night before and pick it up any time after the mechanics have left . There is someone who can take my payment and release my car to me. This is the ultimate convenience for a busy life, plus I can walk home one mile.

I cannot believe how heartless these people are. I had my van towed after I parked in a no parking space in a parking lot because my car was overheating. I tried to turn it back on to move it but it began smokingso much that one of the businesses called the fire department. When the firefighters showed up they told me not to try turning it over again while the stores were still open. The problem is, ID when I returned later that night my van had been towed away. So I calkto explain the situation to these heartless people who tell me that they will not do anything unless the owner of the property oks it. Well this shopping complex does not have a name so I don't know how to find the official landlord but I do talk to a few business owners of the stores who said they could confirm the validity of my story. Well that's not good enough for them. And neither is if the firefighters confirming it. They know who the owner is, and they have their number but "it is not their responsibility to call anyone or give that info." Direct quote. But I can " look online and do a search of land permits and cross reference it with something I don't know. Well this van was my home. Yes I know that makes me a loser. Whatever. I still deserve some compassion. I had some trouble finding a ride and a day I could go get my things out of the van but when I talked to the employees no one ever said a word about a time limit on getting my things I try to go tonight and I'm told that I have to pay because it's been 3 weeks but they do not even know how much. I'm confused by this for a few reasons but one being this girl I spoke to would be the person to let me inif I went straight there so why wouldn't she be able to quote me a price by doing whatever so will do once I show up? I try calling the manager who apparently is God and get no answer. So I show up and after a short conversation with a girl who acts like I had my home towed away and abandoned my belongings ( the only things I really have in life) to annoy her rather than an experience that has totally affected my life in an excruciating manner. But she decides to let us in for free. I'm an idiot and I didn't notice my van key was not on my keychsin. I have no idea why not but I am starting to feel that this van is a curse that is trying to destroy me. So the girl and the driver that was on shift both know and approve me leaving to retrieve the key and then returning. Well I call first before heading back and now it's a new satanic Queen on duty who has not heard of this arrangement and decides that I cannot come anymore because she "can't have that on her shoulders" this is what she said about breaking the rules, but is totally fine with making me lose all my belongings after losing my car which is also my home which was towed because I had to do an emergency parking job because it was looking like it would explode any minute and then had to leave it parked because the firefighters that were called on me told me to. The absolute disregard for human emotion here is totally baffling to me. I understand policy but there are always exceptions to be made for certain situations. If this doesn't qualify then I'm not sure any do. It's a sad world we live in. I cannot even afford to get my car or things as I also lost my income because the ability to travel around was essential to my employment. Thanks guys!

Every bad post about this company is completely true. Lie, scam, steal, and horrible service. Just real low life People. Any good review must be wrote by the idiots who work there and there are several.

Typical tow company- thieves. They troll around looking for vehicles to steal off the street. They will break windows to get in, drag the vehicle damaging the tires. I can't say I know an honest tow company, but anyone who trolls around in the middle of the night looking for cars and trucks to steal in the lowest form of pond scum. Even if I needed a tow for a valid reason, I would not use this company. I feel I need to bathe just writing about them.
