Some of the worst and shady service I have ever received from anywhere. Waited 3hrs for their towing service due to the driver somehow getting lost from a town 20 minutes away, even though exact coordinates and the address were given multiple times and the dispatch seemed like she understood very clearly where we were. After finally getting picked up, driver proceeded to text on his phone multiple times while still driving. He then pulled into the first gas station he saw and told us to pull out $150 in cash "for the extra kilometres" which he had to drive because he got lost. After debating back and forth about the legitimacy of this fee as we suspected the driver was just trying to pocket this money, we decided to just pay it and get this over with. We then asked for a receipt to make sure this was a legitimate fee. The driver then took us to the repair shop but dropped our car across the street so we had to push the car to the mechanic. While tying to push the car, the driver began to drive off without giving me a receipt or saying a word. After having to run after him to make him stop his truck, he then gave me a receipt but made sure to enter incorrect details and multiple spelling mistakes. Looking back I think I would've rather walked then to have dealt with this incredibly unprofessional service. Would give negative stars if I could. Absolutely terrible and unprofessional service.

Left a friend stranded on the highway, didn't follow the clear instructions as to where they were and severely overcharged them for the extra distance which is 100% on the tow truck driver. Wouldn't give a receipt and tried to drive off on them after asking 3 times. Tow truck driver was texting with passengers on board. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend these guys to anyone who doesn't like to wait hours and hours dehydrated in the sun for a shady tow truck operator. 👎

Hey guys, this weekend I had the best weekend of my life. I went to Shambala music festival, and made countless friends and memories. Unfortunately two hours out from the most spiritual place I’ve ever been our car broke down. We ended up calling BCAA, only to wait 3.5 hours for a tow truck that started 20 minutes away. We had given 3 seperate dispatchers and the driver our exact coordinates, with very specific and exact instructions on how to find us. Including the exact amount of kilometres we were from the last town (rock creek) and the exact amount of kilometres from the next town (Osoyoos). The driver ended up driving almost all the way to Osoyoos before he realized that he had driven past us. That’s when he called and said “if you still want me to pick you up it’s gonna be extra for the extra killometers” at this point we were very tired, on the side of the highway with no water in 30 degree weather, so we reluctantly agreed. Before he took us to our destination he pulled into a gas station with no warning, then proceeded to tell us to get out and grab cash from the atm. Asking for nearly $180 extra. We ended up settling on $125 to get the car released. When we asked for a receipt the driver tried to drive away from us, we had to chase him down and get him to stop. We then spelled out the name 3 times for the receipt, only to find out he spelled it wrong in the end. The tow service is called Granton Motors. I’m asking my friends to please leave them a bad review, they took advantage of us, and the driver was texing and talking on his cell phone the entire time he drove us. Extremely unprofessional and dangerous. (Also on the receipt he wrote the extra charge was due to wrong directions, even though we gave him our EXACT coordinates and directions.) Please help us out guys and leave a bad review 🙏

Our car broke down 20 minutes out of rock creek, gave the dispatcher and driver our exact coordinates, with very specific instructions. The driver drove almost all the way to osoyoos before he realized he drove past us. He then tried charging us nearly $180 for extra killometers because he got lost, then wrote on the receipt that we gave him the wrong directions. We talked him down to $125 in the end to get our car released. When we asked for a receipt he tried driving away from us, we had to chase after him. He made us pay in cash as well and refused a card. We told him exactly how many killiometers outside of rock creek, and exactly how many from osoyoos along BC3. Along with our exact gps coordinates. We also spelled out the name for the receipt 3 seperate times to him, and when he drove away we realized he wrote the name wrong. His license plate number is #KC4562. It also took him three and a half hours to get to us, when he started 20 minutes away. We waited on the side of the road in 30 degree weather with no water for three and a half hours, just to have him say “if you still want me to pick you up there’s gonna be an extra charge for killometers.” As a business owner, I can confidently say that this is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I work very hard at my job, and if I’ve ever make a mistake i happily let go of any profit to keep the customer happy. Driving a truck is easy, try scrubbing carpets for 8 hours just to drop your entire profit. That’s the responsible part of owning or working for any business. I’m sure he pocketed the money anyways. Also he was texting while driving us almost the whole time, and when other drivers radioed him he would respond with “just call me on my cell”. Absolutely terrible customer service, I fear for a company that employs this kind of person.
