Called this morning to setup an appointment only to find out that the receptionist or whomever answered the phone to be very rude. My family has always used this office. I was told that I had to pay the full balance which is understandable as we had an issue receiving bills from this office. We were able to get that worked out over 4 years ago and the matter was taken care of. This lady then in turns pretty much insisted that I was lying to her when I did not receive a 24.00 and something bill from them for what my insurance did not pay. I guess she doesn't actually realize that they had the correct address and wrong phone number at the time. Yet this whole payment issue was my fault. However whomever answered the phone this morning was completely disrespectful and should not be talking to customers this way. I have never felt the need to write a review but something should be done about this situation. I will not be back!!

These guys are the best. Easily the best in Winston. If you want quality dental care, this is the place for you! Highly recommended! Dr. Spangler is an incredible dentist. He understands how to care for patients in the best manner. A true professional.

Dr. Johnson is absolutely excellent. We started at this practice with Dr. Edens who we loved. We stayed on when she moved and Dr. Johnson took over her patients. I have had a lot of dental issues that have been very stressful and confusing. Dr. Johnson is top notch in the work he does, but he is also so kind and approachable. He has really calmed my stress about getting dental work done and instilled a lot of confidence in me towards his work. I cannot recommend this practice more.

This office is full of friendly, helpful people, and I really think they all enjoy and appreciate working there! I've gone out of my way, for many years, to stay with Dr. Leal as my dentist. I'm certain that he stays up to date with every innovation in his field, yet he will always offer a simple (and inexpensive) solution to a problem when one is available. He takes the time to explain things well and offer various options for treatment. I have the utmost respect for his expertise and judgement. And he's very friendly and easygoing--as are all the people in this office.
