Disorganized and Unprofessional

The most unprofessional and stressful experience I have ever had with any retailer. Salesman kept changing the sizes of the cabinets. Paid the deposit but weeks ticked by with no cabinets. I went to the store. The salesman had quit without notice, cabinets were never ordered. Eventually the cabinets were to be delivered but the owner, Hugh McMaster, demanded the balance be paid in cash. Given all the errors and changes, I said I would only pay by credit card (In order to have protection against errors.) but he insisted on cash or he wouldn't deliver. I was left with a completely gutted kitchen and no cabinets. Luckily, the credit card company refunded the deposit. Three months later, Hugh McMaster sued, claiming I had to pay for the cabinets they never delivered. When it finally went to trial and he was advised about contract law, he dropped it, but defending against this bogus claim cost me over $3,000. (I was told there was no point asking for court-ordered costs because he wouldn't pay.) I do not recommend this company. Note: Company is now called Cornwall Kitchen & Bath.

I purchased a brand new spa from this company in February 2023. Informed the company I wasn't hooking up the spa for a few weeks, they assured me that even though they tested the spa, they removed all of the water. I took the spa to my cottage, in a fully sheltered area and wrapped it tight - 3 weeks later I had a electrician wire the tub. Upon filling up the tub I quickly realized the water was leaking everywhere and the drain was frozen solid. Initially they said they would do whatever it takes to fix the issue, in the end they did nothing and completely backed away from the problem while tell me to F off. The only saving grace was the manufacture backed me. I have logged a BBB complain against this company to cover the remaining repair bill. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, LOOK AT ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS FIRST.

Got my kitchen designed on a new build and they did a great job! It went smoothly and delivered on time!

Could not get the designer to show up on time after our first meeting or actually calls us after scheduling a day and time to call. At the initial meeting a rough estimate was given, for a 10 x 10 space, when the designer came out to the house the plan she provided was thousands more for a smaller space, our kitchen is actually 7.5 x 9.4. Very disappointed in the customer service, this being before an actual agreement to purchase was made. Cannot imagine the after purchase customer service would be better.

I had a design done by Angela and it was perfect. She listens to your ideas and works with you to get you the kitchen you want.

I strongly recommend you save your money and take it to a more reputable business in town.
