Been a customer since 2009. I've gotten to know the people and they have taken the time to learn about me and my animals. Never had a negative experience from this store. I have bought multiple animals, and all of my food and gear from here. Items are great. Customer service is amazing. Animals are healthy and very few are aggressive. They are always ready to answer any and all questions. If this place ever closed i honestly would be lost without them.

I have gotten both of my very healthy reptiles from here. Very well knowledgeable staff, and they know much of the basic care requirements for most/all species. It is very clean, and there are plenty of animals there. My only problem is the cage sizes, but of course, I know that these are temporary, but still, I would ask a little bigger to be safer. Overall, I absolutely love this pet store! I will be getting more pets from here in the future!

I love this pet store! Staff is ALWAYS friendly and willing to help with superb knowledge of products. The owner never hesitates to answer any questions or help you out when your vet sends you in to change up food product.
