This is possibly the best pet supply store in London. The store is clean, well stocked, laid out well, and the best part about the store-hands down- is the staff. They are friendly, very easily approachable and always helpful, oh and extremely knowledgeable. I moved to the other end of town, and even though it's often a 20 minute or more drive, its worth it. We have a bearded dragon, and the crickets are always fresh and healthy.

I've been shopping here for over ten years and followed them to this location from the location before this one. Family run business. Can answer troubling question and know the products they carry help with troubling issues on all livening things living things. Great programs in certain food also there own point bucks. You can use these for purchases. I'll be going to ten more. Thank you.

Awsome staff, that is a definite. With the best creatures you can find in a pet shop here in London, Ontario. Definitely the best pet centre in this area of Ontario, with the Knowleageable staff, as well as the literature in books they have for sale, you can and will feel totally ready to to take home with a fair amount of confidence, more will come in the next few weeks, maybe in a month, you'll be handling your family post, having it crawl you and down your back. With your new famies addition of a scaly pet, or slippery fish. Ylu will leave feeling at least confident in what to expect as your new family friend is settling in, in the comfort of the creatures new home, oh yeah, if you do not see what your maybe looking for, like a hedgehog, rabbit, cat, or even birds, ask and you will be helped out in that area ...
