Great place for small pets. Staff is super friendly and caring and they have a large selection of affordable treats and toys and chews for rats and rabbits, etc. They even carry harnesses so you can take the little guys on walks. Bonus: rescue bunnies will greet you and do tricks for treats!

The staff is super kind, helpful, and knowledgable! I was looking to create little doggy loot bags for an event I was running and the staff was more than flexible in helping put that together for me. They also offer dog grooming for a reasonable price. If you're a Londoner living in this area with a pet, I strongly recommend!

Very friendly staff. Prices are a bit high but everything seems to be good quality, especially their raw hide. Nail clippings are super cheap too, $4 on Sundays.

This is a neat little pet supply store tucked away on York street in downtown London. The staff is very friendly here and the cashier had the friendliest rabbit I have ever met. He did tricks and loved pets as well. I bought some dog boots here for my dog, unfortunately they are not the correct size for his feet but that is my fault not the store's. Over all, nice store, easy to find and knowledge staff.
