Great service! My husband and I went there to find a dander blocker which we couldn't find at Petsmart. The sales person was very helpful and informative. She gave us a bunch of advice to help us with our dog's allergies. She was even nice enough to take down my number to call me when more products arrive. We could definitely see her passion for her job and animals.

Previously had our dog had a puppy cut with Renee that was phenomenal and worth every penny. Unfortunately, she wasn't present the second time around and we got Kaylee (sp?) and the cut was uneven and was cut in all sorts of directions. She also didn't cut the nails nor clean the ears, though we had paid for these services. Never going back again. Luckily we found a new salon to salvage the damage caused. Hair grows back and our dog wasn't hurt so it could have been worse but yikes, not going to this place again..

Be very careful getting your pet groomed here. The very un professional and careless groomer had trimmed the dog uneven and to cover their mistakes they call me that the dog needs to be completely shaved due to knots. i went to the store and the pet was trimmed in some areas and shaved in other areas and the pet was crying. The owner sheet is Very cunning and the groomers are probabiy sub contractors and they don’t care. The owner will not accept any responsibility and will keep on telling you that you have signed a contract for this service. Not once did she even express any care for the dog that is going through this trauma. The place is cheap and yes you will get what you pay for which is cheap quality and low class service. Please read other reviews as well, I would compare this place to a slaughter house when it comes to grooming, customer service. Care for the pets.

First time there. Staff really helpful and friendly. Great experience. Thanks for that. Few places left that make you feel that way.

Poor customer service. Kaytlin in the front was very rude and loud. She is one of the girls who would get louder with different skin colors. The prices are not discussed upfront. There are extras added during paying time. Be aware! Tammy - the groomer was great.
