I have had very bad experiences in the fish/reptile department. Lately the beta fish look very sick, and i saw a dead beta sitting on the shelf during my last visit. When I was setting up a fish tank, an employee (don't remember who, was female) told me fancy guppies could live in a fish bowl. Thankfully I knew better... but it is really upsetting thinking about other customers who don't know better and will end up killing their fish. Great selection of dog food/toys, though. The store is pretty clean. My dog loves getting treats at the cash register.

I just picked up my dog from the groomers at this location and I was blown away by the amazing work one of the groomers did (Katie). My dog Jake is a cocker spaniel and when I picked him up he had been transformed into a skunk, though he smelled WAY better than one. I would totally recommend this location as well as the amazing groomer Katie. They have great staff here and they really do go the extra mile to make their costumers happy. Jake won’t be going anywhere else for his cuts now.

One of my favorite locations. The staff here are so amazing. Very knowledgeable and super helpful. Plus I love the constant stream of adorable pets walking around. So cute.

The people here are always friendly and knowledgeable. They seem to always have an answer for any pet related question that I may have. They have a huge assortment of everything relating to animals. Pets are welcome inside the store which means that you will almost always come across cute dogs walking around. They do cat adoptions as well.

The irresponsibility of the staff caring for a service dog left a man without his health aid and best friend. Your lack of training and hiring of quality individuals has caused this travesty. You agree to pay vet bills but now he's without a service dog. All the money in the world will not replace him. You have left him without condolences, sympathy or even the offering to cremate and have his dog given to him back in death. I don't blame the company. I blame the humans running the hotel that killed this dog. They should be the ones charged with animals abuse. The dog was clearly suffering and nothing was done. Hope karma gets those employees who were in charge of this dog.
