This is a very wonderful place both my aunt and myself have brought our rescue cats here to be neutered/spayed and we were treated with great kindness and friendliness and they were very kind and gentle with the animals they made sure we understood the pre operation procedures as well as post operation they even give you a call to tell you how your animals surgery went and that is wonderful in my eyes. They are also a very low cost program they understand that people have low incomes and they are very willing to work with you to get you the best services for you and your fur babies and everyone on staff is very knowledgeable and will answer any and all questions you have. I very highly reccommend this facility to everyone

Beautifully run facility. Very caring staff. If you call leave a short message and it will be returned in 24 hours. They are doing a wonderful job with volunteers and staff they have.

A good cheap place to get minor veterinary service done for a furry family member...Sadly if you ever have an issue with the care the vet here provides..your really on your own...

Very friendly staff, made the adoption process easy. Our new addition to the family has fit right in as though she always belonged here.

This place does wonderful things for animals. Helping to fix cats and dogs so theres not more of an overpopulation problem w no one adopting the babies and so on. The staff has always been so sweet and helpful w the exception of a Dr there. A woman , I believe she's a Dr took issue w my elderly neighbors cat. Her cat is overweight and needs to lose weight. I take my neighbor everywhere because shes almost blind and can no longer drive and she's 75 and just needs help. The last 3 - 4 times her cats been seen .. This Dr goes on and on (in an almost confrontational tone) scolding my neighbor for her cats weight. Advice given in a caring manner would've been welcomed but not like that Dr came at her. It infuriated me because the very first time this Dr pulled this with my elderly neighbor she went home and cried for a week followed by depression. My neighbor kept asking me if she was a bad mom to her cat. How dare that Dr . To make things even worse the Dr asked me in front of my neighbor if I thought maybe she had a memory problem and was over feeding her cat on accident. In front of her ask me if she has dementia. Unacceptable. Rude. Needless to say we will not be returning here. Its a shame because everyone else working here has a beautiful personality and way of going about things. Perhaps that Dr needs sensitivity training or to be taught how to talk to her elders. Its called respect.
