Very Disappointed

Very disappointed. I’ve brought my dog in for daycare at Sector Woof weekly for over 10 months. While I had no serious complaints about the treatment or care provided him, their customer service left a bad taste and I decided to move him to another daycare. A simple request on my part, to change the password for their cameras (I loved having the cameras to check in, especially in the beginning since he was a new rescue) which they used to do regularly, was met with derision. I had a personal situation that I did explain to them, and was blown off. After a couple of weeks I asked again as to whether the password would be changed, and was given a bunch of excuses and then told changing the password was “on the list of things to do”. (Watch out ladies!) The last time I brought him, four weeks after my first request, I very nicely and sadly explained that I had felt really uncomfortable leaving him there that morning, and that I’d have to cancel next week if the password wasn’t changed

My dog is always happy to go to daycare. He is happy and tired when I pick him up. The staff get to know your dog very well.

How do I start to express my love for everyone here? They did an amazing job of looking after my dog for boarding, and went above and beyond when he needed to stay longer than initially planned. This is definitely Chewie's home away from home.

Great service, my dog always looks great and she isn't afraid when I drop her off which is a plus!

I brought my dog for an introduction because of all the great reviews and was disappointed. The staff would not allow me to see the back play area only on a very blurry camera. The place smelled of urine and I could hear a dog yelping well someone yelled at them. I will not leave my dog here. I am appalled at your response. I am not Mr Mark, I was a potential client that visited your facility with my 2 year old golden doodle. You are correct I did not visited the play room as I requested but your entire facility smelled of urine so I can only imagine the smell of the play room. I am assuming Mark is or was an employee of yours and by your response sounds as though you have a lot of built up angry. I will again mention I could hear a person yelling well a dog yelp. I am glad I listen to my gut and did not leave my sweet girl with you.
