Horrible experience the interpretation agent named Pierre-Luc who said was the manager was absolutely rude, my friends came to visit Canada for first time so we went at around 11 to get our tickets for the Parliament Tour we got there we stood by the counter this guy was having a conversation with a coworker he looked at us and kept talking with the girl (nothing work related) then a minute after he rolled his eyes at us and make a weird NOT WELCOMING face so I asked him if he had tickets for the tour so he looked at me with a very arrogant face and said People lines up at 9 am to get their tickets then looked and point at something in the back and was as you can see we have nothing left so come back earlier tomorrow... then he turned his back at us and kept talking about his night out with his coworker. ABSOLUTELY RUDE!! This guy should NOT work at the capital information kiosk !! Shame on you Pierre-Luc !!

A nice place to get free ticket tour to Parliament and also brochures of all monuments and events in Ottawa, the federal capital city of Canada. Eventhough the line is long, you will have good services and the personals are so professional and take care of you hearing you ... I can say that it is a place to be, because you have service. I like ny experience there before visiting the Parliament of Canada ... #LetsGuide

Arrive early, stay hydrated, and bring lots of patience if you're planning on visiting on a weekend or holiday. By 8:30am the line was nearly 2 blocks long to get into the Kiosk.

Capital Information Center is a place you should visit in Ottawa. On the second floor, you will find very good view of the Parliament Hill that you won't find elsewhere.

Wonderful staff. Pierre was a great help . His knowledge of the entire area was amazing. Sure helped a couple of yanks from Washington State.
