This is the best restaurant I have eaten at in years. It is a very warm inviting experience. Staff is awesome. The chef is bang on with the food. But the owners put it over the top. This is the most family friendly place. That is because they treat everyone like family. 5 stars from me for sure.

Very clean and nice family place. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Very happy with their service and help. The bathrooms and changing rooms are always clean. Love the fact that they have flushing toilets. Had a little mix up situation but the ladies were very sweet and helpful, they resolved it as soon as possible. Love this place and plan on coming back every year with season pass.

I remember when this land was owned by the Carpenter Family who donate the property for a park. Farther down the beach the land was purchased from the Walter's family farm which is now used as a trailer camping site. At one time when I was just a boy we would wander the property and visit the two log cabins that once was the Carpenter's first homes. I have nothing but fond memories living on Winston Rd. Beautiful place to visit.

Nice place to go for a walk. It's about 5 mins off the QEW. Not a lot of tree coverage so if it's really hot out you'll bake. They have a nice beach area. That's where most people can be found. That or the marina. It's easy to find your way around. 15 bucks entry fee. A bit steep.
