The Distillery district is one of Toronto's most unique and best kept secrets. It is a fantastic destination all year round. During the summer months spend the afternoon or evening walking around this historical gem located just east of the downtown core. There are numerous restaurants to enjoy and great meal, whether you are looking for casual dining or something more formal you will find exactly what you are looking for. During the winter months the Christmas market is a must visit. If you have ever visited a European Christmas market you will truly appreciate this one. Great for everyone to visit anytime of the year.

Great place historic location. Enjoyed a beer the mill organic, really nice. I normally don't drink beer, but this was good. Wonder around the shops, enjoyed the shopping. Fantastic photo opportunity.
