Such a beautiful place, there are some good caves along the trail where you could take some good pictures and it’s not a hard trail. If you are looking for a good hike within two hours drive from Toronto then this place is a must try!!

Excellent hiking trails through deciduous forest. Great opportunities to photograph spring wildflowers. But the jewel are the fissure caves, with their moss lined walls, rare ferns and odd liverworts (one of the early plants to colonize land). The "caves" are really fissures that are wide enough to walk through. Just spectacular and free. We visited on May 12, 2018 and there was still a lot of snow and ice along the bottom of the cave.

Slippery on a wet day. Avoid foot placement on the moss and roots thru the crevices. Many look offs toward Geo. Bay are all grown in with foliage. Access from Osprey Heights is quickest.

It was a very attractive place. Though lookout is covered with grownup trees, the caves are very nice and intense to climb. Well preserved natural beauty....

Awesome hiking along Bruce Trail and its side trails. If going on Standing Rock & Caves side trail please be very careful and consider helmets for kids or in wet conditions.
