Very busy! But that's because it is very popular and fantastic. Everything smells so delicious I'm sure I could spend hours in this market. Information booth at the main entrance very helpful if you are looking for something specific and want to get in and out quickly. Also the cinnamon buns at Northern Unique are to die for!!

Fantastic variety of locally made or grown goods. Here you'll find pantry staples, fresh veg and baking, fish, poultry, pork, beef, elk, maple syrup, hand pies, fresh pasta and soups, jewelry, pottery, art, clothing, knitting.... the list goes on and on. Best selection is on Saturdays but get there early. Its really busy by 10 am. Wednesdays are much less crowded but 2nd floor is closed. The Red Head + The Chef's Wednesday night dinner specials are fantastic!

I enjoy shopping in a friendly, bustling atmosphere, supporting the local economy. I also enjoy disappearing into a comfortable, quiet corner to enjoy coffee with a friend. You can easily accomplish both goals here.
