Pretty big boat and not a lot of tourists. Going out to get on the boat is the best way to see it. You can take a raft out and no one says anything. It's a very short distance to row. The best spot to get on is is the middle of the boat on the left side where the railing is gone. Most of the ship is painted white with bird poop so try not to touch anything. Also the back part where you can walk in is home to tons of birds. Sometimes when he birds poop it is like someone a handful of mashed potatoes down from the top so be careful. It happens often.

Perfect Halloween pictures of the ship and the history behind it is cool! Just a gorgeous area for a daytrip. Shopping for music at a St. Catherine's mall, Spirit Tree Estate Cidery bakery treat, and The Works meal in a really nice town setting. Long drive from Mississauga but worth it. I'm going back to explore some more restaurants and paths by the water...

Stayed at the hotel nearby and walked down to this location. A waitress had told us at the hotel restaurant that this used to be a small restaurant till it was accidentally set on fire. Really interesting place to visit. Apparently it is still here based on confusion on who truly owns it. I think it adds character to the location.

It's great to see a real life size replica of a real (once upon) pirate ship. My 4-year-old nephew shouted on our way to Niagara-on-the-lake that he wants to see the pirate ship. We took the slip road to reach this place. It seems like it was planned as some adventure park sort of area with some rides. But doesn't seem to be coming up anytime soon. The ship has a history which could be googled and read. There is no parking, entry fee and this place is open to all with a lot of parking area available by the side of this ship.

Fun stop for the family. Interesting looking up the history of the ship but super sad that everyone keeps dumping their garbage here. The parking lot was full of trash including whole trashbags just chucked aside. :'(
