We did the beer and bites tour yesterday (23 sep 2018). Price was about 70$ a head but we definitely got our money's worth. The beer was great, the food was delicious and the guide kept us entertained the whole time. The thing they don't tell you about is that after the tour is done you get a bunch of coupons and discounts at bars and restaurants in Kingston.

A great introduction to all of Kingston’s best food and drink stops! Dan was an enjoyable tour guide who was passionate about Kingston, it’s history and it’s food culture! We stopped at a variety of places which was fabulous and all of the stops were ready and prepared for the group! Highly recommens!

Wonderful tour! I enjoyed the food tour with some friends from out of town - the weather was terrible but our guides kept the group entertained and we all had a great time. My guests got a fab intro to the city and as a Kingstonian I appreciated the mix of general info, history and anecdotes that were offered. The restaurant selection was great, the pace just right and I think it was great value for money! I look forward to bringing more out of town tests out for the tour.

Kingston Food Tours was an amazing experience. Our tour guide's extensive knowledge and delivery exceeded all expectations. I thoroughly enjoyed the wide variety of restaurants visited and the range of foods we tried. The tour was well organized with entertaining stories that accompanied every location. As a student living in the community, I recommend this tour to any student that wishes to learn more about Kingston food culture and get a real taste of history!

Great tour and great time! Our tour guide was personable, knowledgeable and absolutely the right person for the job. We were given a sheet of discounts (10-20% off) for the places we visited and we made use of about 1/2 of them the same day as our tour! There were 8 different stops, some that had "real" food (fish taco, slice of pizza) some that were just a sample (e.g. two gnocchi). My favourite was the Chômeur cake at Pan Chancho. There was an exceptional margarita at the first stop and some beer about 1/3 of the way through. The whole time, I was anticipating that we'd be able to try some wine, so if I could change anything about the tour, that would be it. The price was a bit steep ($90 including taxes and service charges) but I felt like I got my money's worth. There's not too much walking (though the last 3 stops were standing stops, so I was tired from standing by the end). I wholeheartedly recommend this tour and will definitely do the "Bits and Bites" tour the next time I'm in Kingston.
