Very cool! Twin elevator-type locks that use each other as counter-weights! Amazing to watch! Must see!

Did a tour on a beautiful July day. Very well organized - knowledgeable staff - locks are amazing. Way more entertaining than I would have imagined.

Awesome to boat, canoe, or kayak down the river! The locks (especially the lift lock) were a lot of fun.

Beautiful area for walking or picnics. 2 different parks with beaches are on either side of the lock within 5 minutes walk. There's a splash pad, volleyball courts, soccer fields, and outdoor exercise equipment nearby.
