Boutique is quaint and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The tour isn't very long as the property isn't that big. It was free and you got access to the field to take photos afterwards. I think for people who just want to visit the field you have to pay $2/person but it goes toward store credit if you buy anything. The lavender field was past it's flowering period when I visited so it was not that nice. If you like lavender products, check it out if you're in the area or passing by. But this isn't a place to go out of the way for

Purchased the lavender body lotion at the Stratford store a few weeks ago, and fell in love with the product. Dropped by again today, and purchased the lemongrass lotion. Friendly staff signed me up for the free loyalty program, which included a free Castile soap. A bit on the $ side ($20 for the 250 ml lotion), but I like that this is made in Canada and uses locally grown lavender. Looking forward to visiting the field boutique.

It's a beautiful little place on a beautiful country road. The products are great, not exactly cheap, but on par with lush, but much better smelling if you're a lavender fan! I highly recommend the baby butter, made with calendula, Shea, and lavender for anyone! Keeps the bugs off, extremely hydrating, and helps heal anything. The 2018 lavender festival was a bit chaotic and badly organized, hoping it will be better next year! A treat to visit the boutique any other time though!

Beautiful little shop just outside the old town of Niagara on the Lake. Great selection of products and so much more than just lavender. We also go to the festival each year and it never disappoints. Nice to have a local shop with local products so close to home. The smell is amazing as soon as you walk in the door and the staff is so helpful and well educated on the type of products they have

We visited Neob during the Lavender Festival and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. I bought lavender Shea butter cream and lavender soaps and I loved each one. It was a wonderful experience!
