Possibly the worst transit system known to man. This is a problem that really needs to be fixed. A lot of these bus drivers are absolutely rude as hell and I could report a number of them for all the times I've seen them be rude to people, lots of them also drive like idiots when there are lots of people on the bus, causing them to fall and it's always the same drivers. Thanks to the drivers who are very respectful and good drivers!

We need seat belts, so we don't go flying off the side seats when the bus drivers think they are driving a race car. also bus drivers need to wait for elderly people to be seated before speeding off. very dangerous being a passenger these days. Also buses are not showing up at all, and I realise that they are short drivers, but there was no notification of a bus being taken of the route on nextlift or mon transit, and consequently I was late for work

The number 3 bus routinely stops in front of the bus depot to pick up, drop off, or switch drivers. This can take anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes. People riding transit have places to go and schedules to keep. TBay Transit doesn't care about that. Nearly every driver is a lead foot, and that applies to their braking abilities too. It's not uncommon for a bus to blow by your stop while you are standing there. Drivers have attitude and are quite rude at times. This company needs to look at how other transit systems operate because this is disgusting. They don't keep to their bus schedule. So if you want to predict when you need to get to the stop, you can't. Chances are that you have already missed your bus. Absolutely the worst transit system I have ever seen, I wish I could give it less than 0 stars.

Hi, thanks for being *5* minutes early. It's not like I needed to catch the bus or anything, & being less than 2 minutes away from a stop means I shouldn't HAVE to leave 10 minutes early just to catch the bus, but here we are.

If it's not late it will probably be early enough for you to miss it.
