Great sprint along the waters edge. Make sure you have good hiking boots. Steep hill near and around the old dwelling. Trails are not well marked to make another choice to get back to your car, therefore, we had to use the same trail there and back. Interesting hike and I made it!

Just as the name says Spirit Rock! You feel peace and will be in awe, with the surrounding scenery. You will wonder how the Corran was back in time, and drift off into a time way back. There are two trails one to the left Bruce Trail runs along the top of the escarpment and one that leads to the edge of the escarpment is short but use staircase to head down near the lake at own risk, the way down is steep, go slow, watch your step and beware of your surroundings! Once you get down it is a gorgeous trail heading back to Wiarton! As well when you go back up same rules should apply. Happy Trails

Very quiet, not too busy. Ruins were unique, and hike to the lookout was very enjoyable. Lots of plant life. There was a lot of poison ivy and oak, so watch where you're walking.

Amazing! Make sure to wear proper boots - the rocks could be slippery after a few days of rain.
