Had fun doing the Mad Hatter room with the family. Most were relatively new to escape rooms. It was fun to watch the kids put on their thinking caps. We were thankful for the helpful hints and learned that sometimes it's not good to wait so long to ask for help. In the end it costs you more time on the clock. The clues were wonderfully whimsical. More flashlights would have been helpful in the beginning, as the one provided would sometimes go out. But we used a light on our phone to help us see. Thanks for a great time!

8 of us did the Asylum room, a first time for all involved. We had a great time. We truly did not think we would escape as none of us are real thinkers ... but we managed to work together with lots of fun and puzzled minds at times...we escaped with 5 mins to spare!! Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to do something fun and different!! We will ALL definitely go back to Hidden Trails nest time for the scary one, Man in the Corner! The staff is awesome by the way. There was an error with my booking and it was my error. Instead of making us reschedule all together, they were very accommodating to the time slot we required and made adjustments to accommodate our original booking. THANK YOU STAFF for being awesome and making our first experience an awesome one!!!

Very friendly staff (shoutout to Dennis!) it was our first time at an escape room, and he was the perfect amount of helpful and mysterious. The room itself was very tricky but solvable. All in all, a great afternoon! I wish we could have done more!
