After selecting frames, they ordered the wrong pair and then tried to blame it on me. I was eventually issued a refund after the manager scolded me and refused to accept that I was telling the truth. Would never shop here again because apparently the customer's word means nothing.

I have been going for 6-7 years, always have a great experience.

I was in Detroit visiting family. The nosepad broke off of my glasses. They were able to quickly fix for a small fee (cheaper than back in Colorado). Extremely friendly staff and atmosphere. Great selection of frames to look at while I waited.

First time coming to Heritage, I was extremely impressed. The staff is AMAZING- kind, patient, and very helpful! I was in and out in about 45 minutes, including wait time, the exam, picking glasses, and checkout. My glasses were ready 6 days later and they were PERFECT. The best optical experience ever, and I've been to quite a few different companies! I'll definitely be back next year, and the year after, and the year after.

Will not suggest to anyone. Please don't waste your money here. I will give in negative to the eye doctor. Glass frames are good but expensive.
