Came in needing help last minute to fix an issue from another store. Staff was amazing. I’m not sure who the other reviewer is referring to but the store manager I met... he was amazing! Explained every detail of my eyewear and made sure I got the best price with my insurance. Great location. I will go back just to see Michael!

The GM at the marketplace location is the rudest, most unprofessional person i've ever dealt with. Completely disregarded an issue that was THEIR mistake in the first place and continued to rush me and speak over me. Would not recommend this place to anyone and the GM at this location should be demoted.

Getting the exam was great. The customer service before and after is horrible. Very unorganized and you will wait at the counter for quite some time before someone even acknowledges you. Need a better system of getting customers seen in a timely manner.

I had sudden onset white lights, and eye pain, which can indicate a retinal tear. I was scheduled for exam by Dr. Katlyn Vitasi within hours. She gave me the most comprehensive eye exam I have ever had. Thankfully, My retina wasn't detatching, but was a condition that could be treated with antibiotics and eye drops, and I will be monitored by this doctor. I couldn't be happier with the care I received. The staff was good, the doctor and exam was GREAT!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! I've been wearing glasses for more than 15 years and this time I got the worst experience ever. If there is a none star option I will score them ZERO ! I picked up my glasses today, and it needs adjustments for better fitting my face. The old women who served me showed a really horrible attitude. She's more than impatient when I asked her to do adjustments. The two feet of the frame not even on the same horizontal plane. She were so reluctant to help me doing the most basic things. She kept rolling her eyes while talking to me. She knows nothing and is totally unprofessional. That is how they treat their customers. Extremely different before and after you paid!!! And they recommended me spherical lens, said this is the thinnest they have. Which is, in fact, Absolutely Nonsense! I'm wearing a non-spherical lens glasses right now with the same spectacle lens power, and the edge thickness is just half what they sold me! I have to mention that they charged me for 400 dollars with all these awful service and trash lens! One of my friends saw the glasses and asked me "Where did you get it? The edge is not polished smooth at all. Who made this must be a newbie." Stay away from this place if you don't want to waste your money then receive poor product and bad service.
