Avoid Glen Erin location - poor customer service

Went to the Glen Erin location. There were 2 staff members and no clients so not busy. Wasn't acknowledged and they made no move to get up to assist. Told me in a very brusque manner that appointment is needed to browse!! I had been to both lenscrafters and perle vision before with no issues but had wanted to try to use/earn PC points. Won't ever go back here! Take your business else where ....it may cost more but good customer service is worth it. Would give zero stars but 1 star minimum is required.

Don't bother Pickering location

Staff did not work with me or offer any advice about frames instead both staff members stared from behind their counter waiting and watching, like Coved Police, for an opportunity to reprimand and scold me which they did at least 4 times, in unison, ("Your mask", ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh) They even gave the preach about the health department official walking through Lablaws handing out $800 tickets to people who refuse to wear masks. Implying that I was not only stupid but an antimasker (ridiculous) and unaware of Coved protocol. Very disagreeable. Made it impossible to choose anything. Left without glasses. Take a sedative !

Lack of honesty despite the potential to be a great spot for business. They lack the sense of responsibility and are not willing to engage in civilized discussion! If you care about your health you might want to reconsider going here (find another spot) as the manager and optician stated that they are not entitled to full transparency! Finally they treat you like you're coming from behind a rock! Wish you all the best

Very patient and knowledgeable staff. I really appreciate them going the extra mile to help me resolve my vision problems and find a workable solution. I have found everyone I've dealt with polite, kind and reassuring.

Finally somebody got my prescription right! The frames are very flattering, and I got very personalized and professional attention.

I second Karen B. opinion, terrible customer service after ordering glasses, no courtesy or ethical values. It is more than good two weeks and no update. If you call they don’t even bother to check, a very rude lady doesn’t even want to hear last name and just said we’ll call you when it arrives. I think Optical should take training on health care professional and patient relationships. Loblaw cashiers are more trained in customer service than this place.

Convenient and easy access spot yet reps and Opticians are not well equipped- subpar customer service and overall experience! They treat you as a commodity with the value of money you will provide - diss appointment is an understatement
