Rented a Chevrolet Malibu for out trip to Death Valley. Pickup was easy and fast. Car was ready and waiting for me. I was at the store less than five minutes. Return was equally as fast and simple and they gave me a ride home. I’ve been renting from Enterprise for the past twenty years and their service and cars are second to none. Thank you Enterprise for your service.

My experience with Enterprise at the McHenry location has always been positive. They strive to give quality customer service with prompt service and rides. I have rented from them for many years and have enjoyed their agents and management. On my last rental, I was given a large pickup truck due to a miscommunication on my part. When I called back and told them the vehicle was too big, they told me I could come back in and change it. I did and they gave me a car which was the same make as the car I currently own. Thank you, Enterprise, for a job well done!

Great staff! Great service! Martel and Katie went above and beyond to keep me happy. I was a bit of a diva admittedly so, but I do despise mini vans. None the less they quickly switched me and I was on my way! I work 2 jobs and am a full time student. Working with this crew was quick and efficent! Thank you for all your hospitality!!!

The one time I visited, this place seemed way under-staffed, and we needed to wait nearly a half hour just to return a car. The representative was nice enough, but they desperately need more employees. The rental was on a corporate account, but I believe the rental rates were competitive.

After going to other rental places and being closed. Enterprise was the only one opened late on a Saturday. Loved how everything went so fast and smooth from making a reservation online to leaving so quick on a car as soon as I arrived there. I really appreciate their well mannered employees. Customer service was beyond than what I expected.
