Amazing pickup experience, will update when I dropoff. But I made a reservation online, went in, was out within less than five minutes. Dropoff was equally smooth, cheers!

I rent cars for business almost every week. This Hertz location has been very professional and always going beyond my expectations to assist me in my travel needs. Great job, I look forward to doing a lot more business in the future with this group of folks. Shout out to the manager and his staff.

Shoutout to the two gentlemen working the morning shift on Monday, August 28. They were friendly, engaging and informative. It was obvious they worked well together and are great at their jobs. Renting a car while traveling can be stressful, but these guys were top-notch. I don't normally review this type of place - but this experience is worth noting. Thanks, Hertz!

Came here to grab a rental the other day. The staff was super friendly and helpful. When checking out the rental for damage it was parked next to another car so some door damage was hidden. I called and reported that damage as soon as I saw it in the light. Be extra careful when checking for preexisting damage (this goes for any shop, not this location in general)

I would describe my experience here as unprofessional with a lack of follow through of standard customer service protocol. After sitting at the desk and noting my claim for insurance, the representative did not explain the protocol and I was the one asking the questions. Secondly, service members were not clear that insurance through Hertz was optional if you already have insurance. When clarifying with them that my insurance was supposed to cover all costs, they continued to ask what insurance I wanted. Next time I will take the time to do my research and contact my insurance company. Certainly rental businesses are known to be like this, but I had higher expectations that people are to be treated with respect and are to be informed of their choices. When the car was brought out, I asked for an inspection and the service member just waved and said it had been completed. Again, there was lack of communication and it was on the customer's duty to make sure things were done correctly. Finally, the day I returned my car. No protocol again or walk through. The day after, I receive a call that they hub cap was damaged and I needed to return to sign the paperwork. With protocol and communication when I initially returned the call, I would not have had to waste my time. I did not have to pay again for these damages as I had the insurance. Lessons learned: 1. Do your research about insurance policies 2. Take pictures of your car before and after and ask for a car check 3. Don't sign until you have the information you need. 3. Don't rent from this location
