Best experience I've had with a car rental. Picked me up at my home in Auburn Bay, then drove me home after the rental was done. Car was in great condition and clean (and great on gas). I would have no hesitation going with Enterprise again.

This is the best office in Calgary! I have had several occasions to rent car from the awesome staff at this Douglas Dale location and all the staff are friendly and helpful. They are restricted in their location tucked between a Tim’s and a 7/11 and still manage to do their jobs over and above the call of duty! I recommend these guys and Enterprise as a whole for cost, quality and above all service Dave R SE Calgary / Airdrie!

Picking up the car was smooth, even despite not having a credit card. The car was fine. And dropping it off was simple and painless, and they gave me a ride home.

Absolutely wonderful customer service, helped me even though there were some pressing issues that came up. Stayed open later than regular hours and were very friendly during the whole visit. These guys are awesome 👏

I would never recommend this location to anyone ever. Our car was written off and our insurance company set us up with a rental from this location. After promising us a car, we arrived to be told that there were only trucks left (30 minutes later). The female employee that "inspected" the vehicle never looked at the roof. Upon dropping off the truck, the manager and another employee took exaggerated time to supposedly find 2 hail dents on the roof and possibly more dents on the hood but couldn't determine how many because the truck was dirty from rain. We were never offered to sign any paperwork to acknowledge this supposed "damage". We returned to take our own photos later, to find the truck in the same spot still dirty and still no visible damage. Now this location is trying to hit us with $1500 worth of damages as they are now claiming that there is damage from "hail all over". They are a bunch of crooks that try to screw over their customers. Stay away!
