It is a very small location but the staff is awesome. We dealt with two of the agents and both were super friendly and helpful. Great job! Keep doing it this way! Total recommendation.

Awesome service! Quick and efficient. Ordered the van months ago and they had exactly what we ordered. No hassles. They called when we rented the vehicle and confirmed our drop off to make sure everything was okay. This is our second time renting from this location and would definitely rent from them again. Highly recommended.

Unprofessional staff, this will be my first and last time renting from this place. The car was nice but the staff need to learn how to interact with customers. Just know you will be treated poorly if you are not a regular renter there. We were shown a car that we had liked, as we were getting our payment processed we ran across a small error. As my boyfriend and I were sorting this issue out more customers had come in. Alright, fine, no problem. This is where our issue starts. The associate who was helping us had then given our car to the new couple right in front of us. When we expressed how upset we were all he could say was," they are renters and had "reserved" this car." This boggles my mind considering how if our payment had went through the first time we would have left with that car. Instead we were given the car the couple had left behind. (Unprofessional and clearly shows favouritism) I understand treating your loyal customers with the best options but we are !also! customers who deserved the same respect. Not only was this a terrible experience but the associate that "helped" us was clearly not trained to deal with this. All he offered was 10% off for his "mistake". This leaves a sour taste to our first renting experience and personally this makes me wants to stay away from this location
