Car Rental

Super abordable un peu d'attente au comptoir mais sinon rapport qualité prix honnête

This company has a nice website and nice customer service agents. I can't speak too much about their actual service as I ended up cancelling 10 days before my departure with a motorhome for which I was charged a hefty cancellation fee: $750! My advice: don't book with them if you're not %100 sure you'll go no matter what happens.

The service was friendly and helpful. Needed a truck asap and they were accomadateing. They even pick you up if needed.

What a helpful and friendly staff! I'll definitely be back on my next trip to Edmonton! Thank you! Returned this past week. One associate was training, so it took longer than I expected. I wish they had hours on the weekend. Would have loved to drop the car off Sunday night rather than brave the early morning traffic. Oh well. It is what it is.

I went today to abas at Hertz and he went above and beyond helping me and accommodating my needs ... so thank you abas for making my experience great

Good customer service and nice vehicles

The accomodated me well. After my first call to book, they picked up my name almost immediately. It was as if they knew my details prior to opening any programs to check who I was. They were honest to me about being short staffed at the time but during my experience that didn’t stop them from providing amazing customer service. At the end, when I needed to be dropped off at my body shop, they had no available drivers. Instead of waiting until one was, the location manager took me himself. That was service! Great team!

Rent a vehicle last weekend. Good and fast service. Thanks Sukhdeep for your help. Keep it up and i will recommend others too..
