Amazing customer service. Great value. Always willing to go above and beyond to make your rental experience the best it can be. The branch manager Sajeel Shaikh is such a pleasure to work with. He tries his hardest to ensure that you always have what you need. A must for a small business owners who need to rely on truck rentals. I highly recommend this location!

The owner seems like a good guy, but he was away when I last rented a vehicle and I had to deal with one of his subordinates. We rented for more than a week, and the employee said that we had to get collision insurance because credit cards don't cover more than a week. This is false, but I fell for it and was under pressure to get the car at this point. When we returned the car, the manager said that we could have used our credit card insurance. I wanted the $200 back that we'd been falsely charged, and he said to contact Discount customer service. After FIVE different service agents saying "We'll get back to you quickly and get this cleared up", we heard back from NONE of them. The last few said that they were waiting on the franchise manager to get them information. Whatever the excuse, it was a royal runaround, and we'll never use Discount again. A bunch of cons. Their service department is the worst.

This place is managed by the biggest liar ever!! First, I went to get my car with a company rate, because i am an employee at a company that has a contract with them. The manager there gave us a rate of 357/week. Then he tells me I am under 25, so there is a fee of $15/day but he will make a discount and gives it to me for $10/day. Sure that sounds great! Then he gives me a dodge charger, which is an amazing car but I don’t like it because it burns a lot of gas. So I asked for another full size car, he bluntly said that there are no other cars, and this is only one he has. I take the car and go. Here are the surprises: first, i went to check if the car rate is good or was it better to rent it as a regular costumer. Of course company rates should be cheaper as a general rule. I find that the rate on the internet is $100 less with taxes, also the rate for under 25 driving is $10/day, not $15 so he didn’t give me any discount. I called him to ask about the difference, he said well I took a performance car not a full size one. I reminded him that I asked for another car. He was extremely rude in response and completely disrespectful. Please whoever read this, consider and think thoroughly before going to this branch.

Every employee at this location was helpful, professional and very personable. There were no issues with the truck I rented nor the process to do so. All transparent and clear.
