The vehicle was spacious and more than enough room for 5 people and their package. only issue was it wasn't vacuumed, and that was immediately dealt with by the company. Also it would be helpful to have a quick rundown of the inner workings of the vehicle. The sliding doors were automatic, but i was not told that there is a button than can be pushed to open and closed. It was only noticed at the end of our trip. I have no problem renting from this location in the future.

I had used their service on 18th Sep 2018. I had found Mr.Tony -Manager was extremely helpful and courteous. This was the second time I had used this branch. I am greatly pleased with the manager and his team. Well done.. keep up your good work! Gladstone

I rarely leave review but Discount went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service that deserves a great review. I reserved a car at the 5150 Dixie road location but when I get to the airport, I asked if they can find me a car at the airport so I don't have to take the taxi to the car rental place. Discount has no cars available but they found one from one of their partner (or competitors?) and they even arranged someone to come pick me up at the airport and drop me off at the car pickup location. All these done without extra charges. Completely satisfied and will stick with Discount for a long time.
