Such a nice experience I had with the company. I rent cars often from other company but the quality of customer service i received from their agent Saif was exceptional. Very easy to deal with and always make sure that we are happy. Well done. Will come back to this company again. The car was excellent great power! Comfortable

Viv was the best! This lady behind the counter made my day and provided the whole truth, she was not trying to mislead me and really watched out for me! Will come back to routes, renting made easy :)

This is a nice rental company it is my first time using them as everything was booked at the airport. The rental was not cheap (but again it was a long weekend so they will maximize their profit like any other business when they are the only that can deliver). There is quite a few surcharges like administrative fees for processing tickets, although their coverage appear to be cheaper than the other big companies. ..The staffs at the counter were super friendly, our driver from the airport to the office was "reserved" had headphones on and was not talking. The shuttle picked us up after 30min . They upgraded us to a nice SUV... I will definitely recommend them to others.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a car rental company. If I could rate them below a one star I would have definitely done it. I highly recommend people to NOT RENT from them. They have no idea what customer care means. We felt humiliated when we walked out of the car rental. First off they don’t accept G2 licensed drivers which was buried deep in their fine print. Secondly, my friend tried to help by providing her international drivers license and they wouldn’t accept that either. We couldn’t rent a car due to this which we were disappointed about. However, the bigger problem was that they wanted to charge us approximately 100 bucks even though we didn’t use their service. When we asked who we could talk to about that, their response was we have a “customer care” team and when we asked for contact information, they could only provide an email. I’m sure it’s the staff who were present at the location who were probably responding to these emails. We haven’t heard back regarding the refund yet but I sure hope they refund us.
