Rented a car for a week from Terminal 3. Dropped off early in the morning when their office was not open. Since then I called multiple times to get a receipt (for company reimbursement) - each time they take down my email address, but never sent the receipt. They gave a manager's # where I called several times and left voice mail. Zilch response. I would give them zero star if I could. Never renting from this place again.

Yeah horrible experience. They "forgot" to mention the insurance plans were optional. And considering my friend had already paid insurance when he booked the car, and I paid again when we picked up the car... suffice it to say STAY AWAY. This is not the place to rent a car from. Very interested in getting you to sign things and want you to think the charges on the bill are natural, but just don't. If you do end up going here I'd advise just refusing to sign until you've gone over the bill with a fine tooth comb.

Have rented from most of the rental car companies and all transactions were smooth til we came here. They told us we signed up for LDW when we declined it. They are deceptive and cheaters. DO NOT RENT HERE... go anywhere else but Here. Tried to get the regional manager but the local manager refused to do anything else. I won't rent here ever again or any Hertz in Canada.

I agree with the comment below. I told the guy several times that I decline the LDW and he charged me anyway... $400. They won't even answer their phone at Pearson and Head Office won't help.
