The first Budget counter person processing a rent car for me was very friendly and attentive. Felt sorry for him to have to work from early morning till late at night for the day but must be the Budget rent a car business is booming. The last Budget person received the rent car from me was very professional, punctual and helpful. Thank you for those two employees and the Budget Management for the great experience on renting a car! Will rent from Budget again!

Had a little trouble finding it just because I get lost easily, but once in the airport parking garage, picking up my vehicle was simple. I did a lot of driving over four days and was grateful for the unlimited kms. There weren't any compact cars available so I was given a nice SUV for the same price. It was a lovely vehicle and not too hard on fuel. Returning it was super easy as I had prepaid; I just drove in and left it with an agent, who printed my receipt on the spot.

Excellent car and excellent service. Highly recommended. (Ended up with a BMW at lower price since they ran out of the ones I ordered. Was a pleasant surprise and handy for all the driving done.)

We were traveling from New York to Toronto and decided to rent a vehicle to better be able to tour the city. Unfortunately, we were arriving by Porter airlines and the flight was arriving to Toronto at the Billy Bishop Airport. When trying to book the car, there were no vehicles available at the Budget center near the Billy Bishop so the only options were to go the Pearson Airport, which is over 30 minutes away. We go to ahead and book the car, and I loved the car we rented but the employee that received us at the Pearson told us we could not return the vehicle to the rental location near Billy Bishop, but we had to go back to Pearson to drop off there. It was frustrating, since this would take much time from our last day on our trip, but we did as we were told. Upon arrival, another employee that received the vehicle was abashed that we went to drop the car at Pearson. He told us that we could have left it at our Billy Bishop location and that the other employee was confused. We were very upset that this was the case, we had to lose part of our trip to travel between airports. Make sure that your staff is better informed so this does not happen to another client. Nobody has time for that! I gave 3 stars because the car was in fantastic shape, and the last employee didn't charge us for gas because of the confusion, which we appreciated.
