Do not rent from them. If you do get a video walk around of the car in daylight. I brought back a car , the guy told me I was suspicious for asking him to do walk around. He came outside. Walked to the passenger side of the car, then walked to the front drivers bumper, got down on his knees , like he knew there was a scratch in that exact location! When we got the car it was dark and light snow. To see said scratch I would have to be on my knees to see it. Then he charged me 500$ to close the file. I called my insurance, they said if a claim was made, it would be 250$ deductible. My insurance and credit company told me to call the police.

DO NOT RENT CARS FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! Beware!!! They charge credit cards without authorization and ignore you when you need answers why!! Horrific customer service!!! THE WORSE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! Go with another company. DO NOT USE THEM. BEWARE!!!!! THEY ARE CROOKS AND THIEVES!! Read the other reviews you will see the consistency. I wish I had!! THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS AND REPORTED!!

I am from Germany and I visited Canada in 2018 and rented my car from E-Z car rentals. The car was very nice. We had comfy, heated seats during the cold Canadian weather and were able to sit back and enjoy the ride. The car was nice and spacious and we were able to put lots of shopping bags which my wife loved! We also explored the city. I recommend E-Z car rentals to anyone who wants to indulge on a ride of new adventures and new beginnings. The service was also very good and nice people took care of us. Next time I know we’re to rent my car TC 93548

Worst service provider around YZZ. Reel you in with promises of low costs, then the additions add up to a much more expensive rental than a standard rental service. FRAUD ALERT 🚨 We checked out our car just before 12am at night in pouring rain. Did damage check and signed slip. Upon return, they argue there’s damage under the front bumper lip and we caused it. They argued with us until we relented because we had to catch a flight, knowing that we didn’t have any incidents. Days later, as we progress through our insurance claim, they send us an estimate dated a week prior to our rental agreement for the same damage on the same car! 😂 Thus, they tried to blame us for something we didn’t do, then sent us proof of their lies. After we showed this to them, they blamed the Canada Post strike (as if that had anything to do with the matter) for the date inaccuracy and promptly sent us a new doctored document with a more workable date in their favour. Calling all authorities right now. They are scammers and push fraudulent claims through. NEVER EVER USE TRANS CANADA CAR RENTALS. Consider yourself warned.

These people needed to be deported back to India. Nothing but a bunch of crooks. Never explained all dealings and then make up false damage claims. Stay away. Never tell you that they are taking 500.00 from your credit card say it's a holding bond. Never use the same person to reinspect the vehicle with a client. Pick and chose was is damages and what isn't. Stay far away and report to police and have them charged.
