Reserved a 26' truck on August 22, 2018 I went the next day to pick up and was told that there wasn't a reservation for me. I ask them to search other location for availability they didn't do that he offered me a 16' truck I told him that won't do. I found a truck elsewhere and went about my day. I check my credit card statement today and there was a $350.00 hold on my credit card. I called the location and spoke with the same person I saw yesterday morning to ask him why he put a hold on my credit. His exact words was he thought I was going to take the 16' foot truck so he went ahead and put a hold on my credit card I wasn't even there. I called customer service which turned out to be useless the last time I reserved a truck from them the gas tank was not full. he told me to bring it back full and they will give me a discount that didn't happen. I called the next day to question them about it, the person I spoke to said oh your fighting over a few dollars, it was far from a few dollars and that issue still hasn't been rectified. Be cautious and check your statements when renting from this location and good luck with customer service because your not going to get much service at all. Customer service is

Tried to call, got the automated voice saying "ARE YOU CALLING ABOUT A NEW RESERVATION?". Obviously I said "YES". "SORRY, RESPONSE NOT UNDERSTOOD...."....went around in circles 5 times before it kicked me out of the phone system. No way to press '0" to speak to a human. I am happy to remove this review if an actual human calls me. But your initial phone system is literally useless.

This is the worst rental company I have ever dealt with. They're rude and their customer service skills are terrible . I got told one thing by one employee and another from a different employee. They did not have the truck they said they had , looked like they were lost the entire conversation. Afterwards, we dropped the truck back with a full tank and they charged us saying we did not ! I spent a day on the phone with them and after contacting head office they put the money they took back. Another man that made a reservation for the same day did not even get a truck ! Do not go to this location !! Worst customer service . After just dealing with them I will never recommend this company !

I showed up half an hour early for my reserved and prepaid rental. There was no car available for me which was fine since I was early. I had booked the car about a month ago so I figured they will have it on time. They tried to upsell me into another car that they had on site and I said no thanks. I waited almost an hour for the car to arrive and they didn't bring the car that I reserved. I said I didn't want the Dodge Charger that they were offering me so I asked for the SUV that was sitting in the parking lot for no extra charge because I had waited so long and they didn't get the car that I reserved and they said sure. The guys inside kept talking to each other in another language in front of me so I don't know what kind of scam they were coming up with but it was clearly about our dialogue. When I signed the agreement I noticed that there was a box that said "upgrade fee" or something like that for $20 per day. I asked him why this was circled. He said don't worry about it and that it will be no charge. I signed the form because he was rushing me. When I returned the car they had charged me a fee for picking up at another location which I DID NOT. They also charged me the $20 extra per day fee which I was told was not going to be charged. This place is a scam and I will never use Budget again. STAY AWAY!

I will never go back to this place. A few years back, they tried to get me to pay cash on the spot for some mark on the rear bumper that was there from before. When taking the car out, I even pointed out that mark and the guy said marks on the bumper like that are normal but on the way back when returning it was a different guy who had a different tone and told me I need to pay cash on the spot to settle or expect call from budget head office (I told him to let budget head office call me) If you are going to rent from this place, only rent during day light, make sure the vehicle is clean and not wet or dusty and take pictures of the whole exterior and tell them to write every single small scratch on the sheet before you sign.
