Manager Michael was reluctant to change the vehicle that I got from another location the day before but after a while he made the paperwork to change the vehicle that I desired because of the smoke smell. The other location in Milton @ 88 Ontario Street gave me a vehicle that was smelling smoke. When I mentioned this to that location Management Trainee who was driving the vehicle from the body shop to his enterprise location, no response from him. This was an issue when I tried to exchange with another vehicle at this Mississauga location. Michael was honest and upfront and his services standards are equal to par or above you can expect as compared with standard duty of care. This is the second time I have got the vehicle from this location and both times was not disappointed unlike the Milton location above. I also got to know now that I can refuse a vehicle that is smelling smoke. You can simply walk in to this location and sure you will not be disappointed with their service.
