Good Experience with these Guys. Economical and Easy . One recommendation, they should start Pick and Drop services too. That would really help customers

Hertz at Novotel Mississauga ON. I have been renting cars here since 2010. Nice place and we can expect good and clean cars with low kms. Service is excellent and location is also very convenient. Quite close to city center square one mall.

Very poor customer service and inefficient operation. We were booking a full-size Camry, but the staff only gave us the option between a mini-van and a Golf at the time of renting and behaved like the availability issues are on us. Furthermore, the first car they gave us is on a Tire Pressure Alarm, but they are not willing to fix it, but saying "it should be okay" and questioning us"how do you know there is a issue with the tires?". Very bad experience with this location, and highly recommend avoiding this location if possible.
