When we returned the van, staff found a small vertical dent in the bumper that we definitely did not cause. We bumped nothing in our few hours with this vehicle. The van was quite dirty when we picked it up and the staff member who inspected it when we picked it up could very well have missed this very small dent. When we returned the vehicle, a different staff member did the inspection and found the dent. She said we would be charged the $1000 deductible from their insurance even if the repair (to the damage we did not cause) cost less than that. In fact, if they elected not to repair the damage (which was negligible), she assured us that we would still be charged the entire $1000 deductible. If you rent from this place, read the insurance agreement VERY carefully! They can find something wrong that you did not cause and charge you a thousand dollars. This seems fraudulent to me. I am very sorry we rented from this place, and I strongly urge others to go elsewhere.

Challenging but managed to get my van. No fault of the staff at all. They were pleasant and 5 star. The online booking was an issue. I modified my rental date. Got the confirmation it was changed. Received a reminder about the rental for the desired date. Got to the store, they still had it in their system for the wrong date. FAIL. The staff found me a rental but had to drive in the opposite direction to get it.

No problem with the location or the staff at that location. They were friendly and efficient. Y'all got a point knocked off due to the time on wait for the Call Center to respond, and having to call again to get the promised email. That's still better than the Enterprise bunch. They just went off-hook and hung up, 4 times in a row.

Everything was great. Online booking and cargo van pickup was done was easy and quick. We got a free upgrade as the one we booked wasn’t available. It was a new model with rear camera that was very helpful. Would book again.

I had to rent a car for a day to move my daughter into her college residence. I was told by Enterprise that because it was the labour day long weekend, the minimum rental rate had to be 3 days! I called Discount and got a very good rate for a ONE day rental. The car was great! The staff members on Dundas St were friendly, efficient and helpful. I’m definitely going to be using this service again. Great job everyone!
