Never ever do business with this company. Their statement is completely false. They use subcontractor Magical Pest Control Inc. which use very poor product to kill bed bugs. 10 days ago technician sprayed my 1 bedroom apartment with water for sure. Because when we returned from hotel (spent overnight ) bed bugs jumped on me aggressive and hungry, hundreds of them. Can you imagine my feeling? Now I scared to death that they will send again the same guy for 2nd time. Do not trust this company. They don't care about people and their reputation.

A route manager by the name of cobie came to my door a few months ago. she was very friendly/knowledgeable, I decided to try out the spray to get rid of my carpenter ants, spiders and pill bugs. Haven’t seen any ants, spiders or bill bugs since they sprayed 3 months ago! Would highly recommend

I would give 0 stars if it allowed it. Total scam. Aggressive and pushy sales guy (had to tell him to get off my property) knocked on my door to say that my neighbours in area are all having Terminix spray for a neighbourhood wide insect problem and that I could be missing out...Really? This is the first I’m hearing about it. Believe me if my house had an insect problem I WOULD KNOW ABOUT. This is the most lamest sales tactic to use and completely ruins a companies reputation. Should I ever have an insect problem I will be sure NOT to call Terminix.

The Terminix experience I had was great. They were very friendly, professional and punctual. They went above and beyond what they had promised. They are the AAA brand of pest control. While living in the US I had also used them for many years. When I had learned that they began here in Canada I was thrilled because I knew I was going to get the best of the best with regards to pest control industry based on all my past experiences.

Have been using them for a few years now. We live in a rural neighbourhood so we get a lot of weird critters here. They have gone above and beyond several times for us and have been so helpful with offering advice and even extra check ups. Will definitely continue to use them.

I want to take a moment to commend Technician 'D', who takes remarkably good care when servicing our buildings. He/she is thorough, kind, and gives us feedback to make improvements. He/she is invested in the health and safety of our business and we are overwhelmingly pleased with his/her efforts.
