I went in the purchase metal bed support slats that I saw on their website. At first the salesman said they’d have to order them in, and then he looked them up and said they had a set in the back. I asked to see them but he said I couldn’t as they were in a box. I then asked if I could return them if they weren’t appropriate, since I couldn’t see them before purchasing. He said No, because of Covid. So I walked out. I find this really strange as they advertise a buyer has 180 days to try out a mattress. But metal slats can’t be seen before purchasing and can’t be returned? I’m never shopping there again.

A fabulous shopping experience :-) Conor was very personable, knowledgeable and had excellent people skills. He answered all our questions and we were able to buy what we needed in record time:-) Also enjoyed his sense of humor. Great job Conor. Keep up the great work :-)

Such a horrible experience. We were fortunate to know what we wanted when we walked in because after each question we had we would turn around and the salesman helping us had walked away so we would have to keep finding him just to make the purchase and confirm specific details. One detail Kyle went over was YES if the furniture was damaged or needed repair during our warranty time it would be serviced where we live at NO extra cost, just as stated on the Brick Website. He arranged delivery for us at $200 cash. One of the dressers we bought was damaged in several places and a night stand had very obvious stain dripped on the top during manufacturing. I was told that if we reported damage of the furniture within 48 hours of delivery (even though online it clearly states Brick policy is 3 days) then it would be replaced AT NO EXTRA COST. I called 45 minutes before closing and reported our findings and no one called us back. The next morning my husband and I went in and Connor was very reassuring it would get sorted out after showing the pictures and Sheri was also great to speak with. Finally my husband spoke the the manager many hours later. By far the most ignorant person he has ever spoke with. He claimed that since WE arranged delivery with a 3rd party service WE had to arrange to bring the furniture in to be replaced. How sneaky of a company to arrange cash deliveries so they can pass off responsibility of arranging to have furniture repaired or replaced. He said because we don't even live within their delivery region it is up to us to see that our stuff is brought in for repairs or replacements. We asked for delivery because it was impossible for us to transfer the bedroom set home where we live and carry it to the 3rd floor of our home, let alone bring back the damaged pieces delivered to us. He then offered my husband $150 to compensate for the brand new damaged $560 dresser and the $230 nightstand! We my husband declined the insulting offer and the manager refused to speak with him and passed the responsibility on to Kyle so he didn't have to deal with it. The manager also refused even speak with me when I called back to try and reason with him. Finally after BEGGING and CRYING, and 30 minutes of Kyle putting me on hold, going to his boss, and coming back numerous times trying to negotiate all I was able to get back was $200, which at least covered my delivery but the stress and heartache was not worth it. I will never step foot into this location again. After speaking with other Brick stores for their opinion they agreed on how poorly we were treated and were very sincere.

Bed purchase - well we should have read these reviews. Absolute worst place to purchase a bed. We ordered a king size and double bed, box springs for both prior to Christmas. It was a present for all of my family. First week in January comes, they cancel our delivery twice and that was the only week we had off prior to heading back to work. Its going on week three and the beds still aren't delivered. We bite the bullet and request to pick them up, THEY ARENT EVEN IN PENTICTON. We ordered the stupid beds in December, Jan 12 rolls around and you still don't have our beds. Good job, way to lose a customer for life (never buying anything else from you again) and to any new customers - go somewhere else. I work in a business where I bring products in all the time for customers, if you cant do it right - why are you even trying? Thanks Brick!!

Well I will start witht the stereotypical sleazy sales people who pushed too hard for the extended warranty and don't seem to understand the word "NO". Second, they are using my personal information from my purchace to robocall me. I find it disrespectful and low class. They get an extra star for the fact that they had my stove on time for Christmas. I will never shop here again.
