Terrible Experience with High Sun Mattress

A very terrible experience with High Sun Mattress. Bought a bed frame for my aunt, an old lady, and they delivered a wrong colour frame (extras were paid for the chosen colour). Confirmed that they would pick up the bed frame and have it painted in their factory. Instead they re-painted the frame at her home and left her home with tons of toxic smell. Their serviceman had a very bad attitude when explaining the situation. High Sun’s explanation was to save cost according to Alice, the sales representative in the shop. I will never ever try this shop again.

We bought this hydraulic storage bed a few days ago and honestly it's just beautiful. I love the modern linen feel, the bed is solid and quite heavy so it's nice to have that comfort of a heavy duty bed. We liked this bed so much because we can our three oversize luggage underneath the bed and fit well. This light grey linen bed also matched very well with my rustic wood night stands. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase in High Sun. Love the look in our condo. Highly recommended.

Found a deal online for an affordable quality sectional. Went in to view it and test it and was helped in a pressure free environment. The in store price was higher than the online deal, but Alice offered the online price without me even asking. Delivery was on time and reasonable. I paid for the movers to assemble and they were in and out, cleaning up along the way, in fifteen minutes. Good local joint.

Our new gel mattress is very comfortable and supportive with little motion transfer. The major problem I had with my previous, pillow top bed was motion transfer. As suffering low back pain, I'm very cautious with what I buy and picky in what I look for in a mattress. This mattress provides great support but also has the comfort of a softer bed. Motion transfer is fantastic. I took a chance on the mattress without being able to try it Delivery was also very quick and efficient. We got a king size bed and I was able to unpack it and set it up myself. Great mattress! Read Less Thank you for great service, Alice

Fabulous Although the bed frame took a bit of time to put together, the end result is gorgeous and manageable. I really like the lift up storage function. Great space saver. I can The online photos don't show the colour as well as it looks in person. It feels sturdy and looks beautiful. Highly recommended :)

Very pleased with the quality of the sofa bed I purchased and also grateful for the amazing service of the team, from lovely Alice to Mr. Peter and the assembly team. Thank you all very much for being so cooperative and helpful.
