Update. Dealing with the delivery drivers and customer service has been a complete nightmare. I'm tempted to tell them to come pick up everything that we bought and give us a full refund. I'm now waiting for the 3rd delivery truck to give us everything that we paid for. I've had to call them 3 times with mistakes they have made. the last driver finally dropped off the hose for the dryer which isn't working. can they exchange it? no I have to make a warranty claim for it even though it was dead on arrival. They have one chance to make this right. First thing an item was delivered with a stain on it. Second thing they didnt deliver any of our additional parts for our Landry Third thing they missed an item completely that we wanted to purchase. Fourth thing a week after the first delivery with no laundry they deliver the dryer part but not the washer part. Fifth thing the dryer doesn't work. Sixth thing they want us to wait another 2 days for the part for the washer. Seventh thing I have to make a warranty claim against a dead on arrival Dryer. I will update this review once they either fix everything or continue to drop the ball. Thank you Robert for helping my husband and I with our appliances and furnishing our new home. You let us pick out everything we wanted and made sure we got the best deal. Your product knowledge with appliances was exactly what we needed to make the right choice and to top it off you knew so much about the mattresses that you were able to help us make the right decision based on our needs for my neck issues and my husbands quality of sleep! I cant say enough good things about you. We will always ask for your help in the future when it comes to buying our home furnishings!

Because of your help I bought lots of stuff « sofa, love seats, chair and outdoor patio sets » Daisy did all her best to assist us and make sure that we are fully satisfied... fore sure we will buy again from this brick store as we had the best experience ;)

We bought a bed frame last week, overall it was a good experience. The sales girl showed us several frames to suit our needs. We found one and decided to buy it on the spot. The girl was very keen on selling me the protection insurance, I said no at first but then she offered a little discount. I then said fine because I know that's how she makes her commission. I rated 4 stars. Today I changed it to one star because the delivery experience was really bad. The delivery guys were one hour late, which is okay. The major problem is that they won't assemble it. The sales girl told me in the store that the delivery fee also includes assembling, which made us decide to pay $99 for delivery. Otherwise, we could have picked it up ourselves. I then called the store, the girl on the phone told me that the delivery guys actually don't assemble furniture. Even if they do, it would be "easy assembling". I said I don't care how easy or difficult it is, we were told that our bed frame will be assembled. She said if the driver left, he cannot come back to do it. I asked when he can come back, she said early next week. Well my mattress is coming tomorrow. She said she would send an email to the driver or something, I said fine, do what you have to do and we will go to the store and talk to management. The girl on the phone also told me that the frame we bought is sort of preassembled, the head board and something else. How is this called preassembled when everything is in boxes? Very very unpleasant delivery experience.
