I am leaving a three star on this as I had to call in to find out about an order placed a month ago to find out when it would be delivered instead of getting a call from them. Will update on delivery and condition which will be thoroughly inspected. Your store needs to stop with its BS generic apologies and "it disappoints us" and actually act on providing better service ALL the way around. You and Leons (same company) may think you're the biggest but with so many other options online these days you should smarten up if you wish to continue being in business. Its pretty obvious management there does not know how to manage and needs a reality check. Customers are not only another pay cheque, we are what allows you to stay in business.

Very disappointed in my experience. Called looking to see if they had a specific Tv in stock which they did then I asked the sales rep if they price matched which again he said they did.as long as the SKU was the same which it was. So I drive about an hour to get there only for him to tell me that they won't price match for me cause the store us to far away and they only match local stores, something he left out in the phone call. So I decided to leave. I thought screw it.. I drove an hour to get here so I went back and asked to speak to a manager. Manager comes out about 5 minutes later and I explain to him what has happened and that I'm not really impressed. We discussed it back and forth and I really did not get the issue I had.. Finally he agreed to meet me in the middle. (which is the reason I gave them a 2 star and not a 1). Then we do up the bill and salesman says go to the back to pick it up they well open up the box with you to make sure there are no issues. So I travel to the back and they just give me the tv and send me on my way not interested in checking it out. Any way overall bad experience and not impressed.

If I could offer no stars I would. They sell you extended warranties with the chance to get your money back after the time isnup if not used but don't tell you you can't buy appliances with it. We decided to buy sheets that were 200$ but they put a 72 hour hold on your items. Had to go to the store 4 times. I understand it's not their fault but it is the staff's responsibility to inform the customer. Staff does not care. Manager is very arrogant and really doesn't care about people. As my Dad refersto it as "the garbage store" compared to all the other places I must agree with him. Wanted to buy a dishwasher today but I will be spending my money elsewhere and will never be setting foot into another Brick store in my life and my family also find it ridiculous and will never go back either.

Terrible store, DO NOT BUY AT THE BRICK ! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Just look at all the one start bad reviews they have. Their furniture is cheap. Not good quality. My family and I have bought tables, bed sets, counter tops. I am not exaggerating when I say 9 out of 10 times the products were either damaged or imperfect. I had to return a table 3 times, and at the end, we still got a bad table, it is pointless to get another one, as the customer service representative said: " you can pick up another one but I could be damaged again" so they gave us a credit for $50 dollars. The table was $600.. A bed that we bought 1 month ago is already breaking apart. When you call to complain, they will make you wait a long time, ask you to email them with pictures and not care very much. It will take a long time and they will not solve your issue. You will have to do it yourself as they do not take responsibility for their bad service and products. Terrible customer service: If you call for a complaint, they will not be polite. The delivery guys smashed things around, damage your property... I ask the delivery guy to take off his boots as it was snowing outside and we have hardwood floors, he did not care and said: "I don't have to take my boots off"... Their delivery manager, not polite at all. Also they were 3 hours late on our delivery date. Made us missed important appointments. I am very upset, and seeing all the bad reviews people have given this store over the years, has given me the courage to speak up. Seriously, scroll down and look at the reviews. The good ones are a few and not very elaborated. it wouldn't surprise me if they were reviews written by themselves. I am a hard working father with little time and with big honesty suggest everyone to not buy at The Brick. DO NOT BUY AT THE BRICK. You will waste lots of time and money.

BEWARE!! I went in min January and purchased a decent order of over $3,000 and was told in would be delivered early February. It was a longer than I wanted but, fine, no big deal. Got a call later that they screwed up my bill and I had to pay roughly $500 more, fine. I gave my credit card over the phone and the order was placed. Mid February come around and no delivery or not even a call or e-mail of the status. I call and ask for an update and was told one more week. Frustrated I mention that it was supposed to be early February and now we're in mid February and at the very least somebody should have called with an update! I let that slide too. End of February arrives and still no delivery OR a call / email of an update so I'M having to call AGAIN! Mentioned that if I knew it would be THIS long, I would've went elsewhere and should be given some break. I was offered a lousy $57 delivery refund (on an over $3000 order) BUT had to go into the store because they "can't take credit cards over the phone" despite charging my card over the phone for roughly $500 It is now March 19th and STILL no delivery or update and I called again! Just got off the phone with them and not pleased at all with ANY of the many people I spoke to! In summary, AVOID this place!! Terrible customer service, rude staff, and ridiculous order processing!!
